Bio

Ade Payne, one of the hardest working and most likeable musicians on the UK circuit, will be returning to Nashville in 2017 to continue collaboration on several exciting projects with a number of singer songwriters with burgeoning reputations alongside well known producers. Previous trips to music city has seen Ade open for Grammy Award winners, Little Big Town and playing the Martin Guitar stage on Broadway at the CMA’s. He looking forward to returning to the TJ Martell ‘Ride for a Cure 2017’ after proving a firm favourite with audiences at the event in 2013.

Picked as one of five acts to represent the UK at the NXNE festival 2006 in Toronto Canada, Ade has since developed a truly impressive musical rap sheet playing festivals and venues up and down the UK, Europe, West Coast Australia and the US. Ade Payne is the Lead Vocalist, Lead Guitarist and Songwriter for Ade Payne & The Wild River.

The Wild River guitarist, Rob Reynolds is a well renowned singer songwriter in his own right, having previously toured with Hugh Cornwall, Christy Moore, Midge Ure and Hazel O’Connor when signed with Invisible Hands Music. An superb all round musician, Rob, has an innate knack for knowing what to play when and what kind of sound is needed.

Nick Rickwood, The Wild River Drummer, also has an impressive musical rap sheet with playing for EMI signed 70’s prog rock band ‘The Tangent’ and Country Rock band ‘Roseville’ representing just a fraction of his achievements to date. Nick’s drumming is second to none and is an absolute asset to the drive of the bands rhythm section.

John Davey, The Wild River Bassist, has been playing in numerous bands around the Yorkshire district such as Bird Man Rallies and The Paul Middleton Band (member of 70’s/80’s band Wally signed to Atlantic Records). Together, John and Nick ensure that The Wild River has both drive and energy.
